Residential Membership Package

The first package is a membership entitling you to select a residential building site. Housing areas offer lots for site built homes, townhouses, manufactured housing and RV. Homes are also available in the National Registered Historic District. Residential Memberships are purchased through individual realtors. Moderate monthly assessments accrue for each membership.

Family Recreational Membership

Family Recreational Membership (FRM) is our second package. Those individuals, who need a place to vacation, or need a warmer place to spend the winter, benefit greatly from this membership. Investing in this membership allows you to take advantage of Fort Clark Springs facilities without setting up permanent residence.

All members receive discounts at:

• Motel

• RV Park

• 18-hole golf course

 

Members may also register their personal guests - member's guests are afforded the privilege of utilizing all facilities at a very low fee.

 

At Fort Clark Springs, we share the privilege of living or visiting in the shadows of great events of early Texas history. We are the prime example of a military base closure success story.

 

In addition to the heritage of history, Fort Clark Springs is located in a beautiful setting. It's members are caring and friendly people, devoted to the common interest of enjoyment of club grounds and facilities and preserving our historic heritage.
